Mindful Super Leadership Master Class

       

- 8 week class designed for those in the Turf Industry (beginning Jan.8th, 2024)            - This series will explore themes such as self-awareness, emotional intelligence, presence, focus, clarity, creativity and the importance of community.                          

- In addition to weekly talks, short readings, prompts for journaling as well as meditation exercises will expand your leadership skills and deepen self-understanding.  

- Each participant will also receive a free 45 minute 1/1 coaching session.
